All Orders other than Check or Money Orders (see below) are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment on weekdays, excluding holidays. If for any reason we can not ship your order within 24 hours we will notify you by email.

We will ship orders as follows:
All orders that are available for free shipping will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and have an estimated 2-7 day delivery time.
All orders under $14.99 will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and have an estimated 2-7 day delivery time. $2.99 Flat Rate Charge applies.
Currently, Credit or Debit Cards and PayPal are the only forms of payment that we are accepting.
Currently USPS is the only shipping option we have to offer. We are looking into other options and once they are setup they will be made available to you.
Returns and Exchanges
MysticFlair.com sells the finest premium jewelry on the market. The products sold at MysticFlair.com are intended to be worn. Therefore, all of our sales are final. We only sell new products, so we can not accept returns. However, we can make exceptions on exchanges. Exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
• You contact us within 3 days after you received your order.
and only if...
• The item received is defective.
or ...
• The item received is not what was ordered.
If you do have to make an exchange, please email us explaining why you want to exchange the item. Once we respond and verify that it is a legitimate exchange, you can then mail the item back to us with the original invoice and a copy of the email (there will be no exchanges without our email) saying it is ok to return the item. The email will contain mailing instructions and a address. So please do not send anything back to us until it has been approved. Once we receive the item, we will immediately send you a new item.
MysticFlair.com will not exchange any items if:
• The wrong size, gauge or style was ordered.
• If you decided that you didn't want or like the item.
MysticFlair.com will only exchange an item or order if a mistake was made by MysticFlare.com. If you have any questions before you make an order, please contact our sales department. We will be happy to answer any questions that you might have.
